Chest is measured flat across the garment one inch below the armhole, then doubled. Length runs from the high point of the shoulder to the hem.

30°C, like colours, line dry. Heavyweight cotton relaxes with wear and will not shrink appreciably after the first wash.
Cool water, wool detergent, no wringing. Dry flat away from direct heat to hold the rib.
A damp cloth lifts most marks. Machine washing strips the water-resistant coating.
Dishwasher heat degrades the vacuum seal. Warm water and a bottle brush is enough.

Thirty days from delivery, unworn and in its original packaging. No reason is required. EU and UK customers keep their statutory fourteen-day right to cancel on top of this, and it runs from the day the parcel arrives.
We do, for anything faulty, mis-picked or damaged in transit. For a change of mind the return is at your cost, and the original shipping charge is refunded only where the whole order goes back.
Yes, subject to stock. Because pieces are made in small runs, an exchange is not guaranteed once a size is out. If it has gone, the return is refunded in full instead.
